From time to time we issue alerts to our customers on fraud.
We have recently been made aware of automated calls some of our customers have received, whereby the call answerer is advised by an automatic recorded message their broadband is being cut off and to press 1 to speak to someone.
Futuretel do not use an automated voice system and will always contact you directly personally.
