If you take card payments or details over the phone, you are now required by law to pause and resume the call recording facility to ensure you are not storing sensitive card data. This is part of working towards being PCI Compliant.
From the 1st of January 2020 all customers that record calls and take card information over the phone shall be auto enrolled into our pause resume call record facility. We are running this on a special offer of £9.99 + VAT per month.
Call recordings can be paused and resumed manually. Dependent on the handsets you have, we have the option to program keys and enable our customers to pause and resume the call recording with ease protecting your customers card information and staying compliant with the current regulation’s.
